These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Tile Match Mania Studios ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mobile application Tile Match Mania (the "App"), including all content, features, and services made available through the App.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

The App may offer virtual currency ("Coins"), power-ups, and other virtual items ("Virtual Items") obtainable through gameplay or in-app purchases.
The App displays third-party advertisements, including interstitial ads and rewarded video ads. By using the App, you consent to the display of such advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
Rewarded video ads are optional. Watching them grants in-game rewards but is never required to progress through the game.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the App.
All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, music, sound effects, level designs, trademarks, and software, is the property of Tile Match Mania Studios or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any App content without our express prior written consent.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TILE MATCH MANIA STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $10.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tile Match Mania Studios and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and may provide an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tile Match Mania Studios regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
